The email exchange posted on the Bitcoin-dev mailing list reveals that Christopher Gilliard has created three additional Bitcoin Improvement Proposals (BIPs) associated with his recent proposals. The BIPs can be found on Github and are related to notification, moderation, and web of trust (WoT). While the documents seem well put together, they appear to be orthogonal to Bitcoin as they build on top of the platform without directly changing how it operates at its base layer.
