There are ongoing pull requests to introduce support of relative CLTV into Bitcoin Core. The PRs have undergone modifications based on feedback in the last couple of months and they are now ready for final reviews. The pull requests include Mempool-only sequence number constraint verification, Mempool-only CHECKSEQUENCEVERIFY, and Mempool-only Median time-past as an endpoint for lock-time calculations. Users are requested to review and test the PRs and provide their feedback/ACKs where appropriate. The links to the respective pull requests are provided for users to access them easily.
