A suggestion has been made to add a 128-bit seed in `open_channel2` with sorting by SHA(seed | input | ) and SHA(seed | ). The `open_channel2` already contains a good amount of entropy such as temporary channel ID and various basepoints. Therefore, hashing `open_channel2` to get this seed could be sufficient. This suggestion was presented on the Lightning-dev mailing list.
