A Lightning Network specification meeting is scheduled for Monday at 20:00 UTC. The current agenda includes a Pull Request Review and Long Term Updates, which include Trampoline routing, Mempool tx pinning attack, Anchor outputs, and Blinded paths. The agenda also features a Backlog section with topics that need to be discussed at some point, including Upfront payments / DoS protection and Hornet. Attendees are welcome to add any issues to the agenda and read up on longer term topics. Links to the meeting's time converter and the current agenda are provided.
