Gregory Maxwell reiterated the importance of the flag's naming, suggesting it be called "SIGHASH_REPLAY_VULNERABLE" or similar to emphasize its potential vulnerabilities. Rusty Russell agreed with the use of the term "VULNERABLE" in the name and suggested the name "REUSE_VULNERABLE" instead.
