Bitcoin Developers are invited to attend the 3rd instance of a recurring meeting on February 8th at 12:00 PT in channel ##ctv-bip-review in libera.chat IRC server. The meeting is scheduled to last approximately 2 hours. The proposed topics for discussion include Bug Bounty Updates, Non-Interactive Lightning Channels, CTV's "Dramatic" Improvement of DLCs, PathCoin, OP_TXHASH, Emulating CTV for Liquid and General Discussion. No requests have been made to add content to the agenda so far. Attendees are encouraged to review the agenda in advance of the meeting and send any feedback, proposed topic changes, additions or questions. A reminder with a finalized agenda will be sent out prior to the meeting.
