Bitcoin Developers have scheduled their 3rd recurring meeting for Tuesday, February 8th at 12:00 PT in channel ##ctv-bip-review in libera.chat IRC server. The meeting will last approximately two hours and the proposed topics include Bug Bounty Updates, Non-Interactive Lightning Channels, CTV's "Dramatic" Improvement of DLCs, PathCoin, OP_TXHASH, Emulating CTV for Liquid, and General Discussion. The agenda provides links to relevant information to be reviewed before the meeting. Participants are encouraged to send feedback, proposed topic changes, additions, or questions beforehand. Jeremy Rubin, the organizer, will send a reminder with a finalized agenda before the meeting.
