When creating a UTXO (unspent transaction output) in Taproot, all spends are indistinguishable as long as keys are not reused. It is unclear whether reusing keys has different implications in Taproot compared to Pay-to-PubKey-Hash. The use of the same public key to create the same address remains the same in both cases. The question posed is whether there are worse security and privacy implications when reusing public keys with Taproot.
