In an email thread on the Bitcoin Protocol Discussion, Martin Damgaard suggested a universal bitcoin value color scale to tackle the decimal problem identified by the BIP 176 proposal. However, Karl-Johan Alm pointed out that such a system could be a potential attack vector by simply coloring something to appear as more than it really is if everyone started using this system. After receiving feedback and realizing the immature nature of his suggestion, Damgaard retracted his initial suggestion. He thanked the group and expressed all the best wishes. The email thread provides formats for the attached document, including .rtf, .pdf, and .docx.
