The wordlist has been edited multiple times to pick easy-to-remember and neutral words, but it is impossible to exclude some words that may create negative connotations when used together. However, all racist and religious words have been removed to ensure the safety of all three authors mentioned in the BIP against fundamentalist bitcoin users. Despite this effort, there may still be rude word combinations that come out.
