Anthony Towns has merged CTV (Consensus-enforced Transaction Verification) and updated his signet miner to enforce both CTV and APO (AnyPrevOut). He has also mined a couple of test APO transactions, demonstrating the case where a third party can replay APO signatures to send funds from duplicate UTXOs to fees. Updating APO to be compatible with CTV found a previously unknown bug in the CTV PR against core. The links provided give further information on the subject.
