In a message sent on October 27, 2013, Gavin Andresen asked for suggestions regarding the rejection categories of Bitcoin Improvement Proposals (BIPs). He requested that anyone with strong opinions on the matter draft a specific list of rejection reasons, as he was unable to read their minds.
