The Bitcoin project is looking for someone to coordinate translation efforts using Transifex and create documentation to simplify the process of creating and submitting new translations. The project has exported all .ts files to Transifex, the link to which has been provided. Currently, they are trying to figure out how to use Transifex, but it seems that updating translations from Transifex to Github will only require the command "tx pull && git add src/qt/locale/* && git commit src/qt/locale/ && git push".
