Summary:

Wladimir van der Laan, a Bitcoin Core developer, created a patch that allows users to bind the RPC port to a specific address or multiple address/port pairs. The patch can be found on Github and Wladimir is asking for people to test it before merging. He welcomes test results from normal setups as well as weird corner cases such as IPv4+IPv6 and VPNs.
