One suggestion for a sustainable solution is to identify a team of admins and use Digital Ocean's new team accounts feature. SolidX could contribute funds for the servers and dedicate a few hours per week from one of their sysadmins to the team. Another option would be to use a paid mailing list, with Intermedia being suggested as a preferred provider.
