Gavin Andresen sent out a message on the Bitcoin-development mailing list regarding libtool, a new dependency, for those building on OSX. He suggested using either 'brew install libtool' or 'port install libtool' and to refer to doc/build-osx.md for all dependencies. Additionally, he provided his configuration options for development purposes.
