Summary:

In a discussion on creating an alt-coin, Luke-Jr suggested implementing a Zerocoin with no-reward/PoSacrifice merged mining as well as (rewarded) Prime POW and no subsidy halving to try a new economic idea. However, Peter Todd pointed out that Luke-Jr's past involvement in 51% attacks on alt-coins may make his ideas less convincing.
