Joel Joonatan Kaartinen has sent an email suggesting the setup of a bug tracker unrelated to GitHub. In response, JS proposed creating a list of bounties on their own site with a trivial web application and linking to GitHub issues if necessary. Technical details or GitHub TOS were deemed irrelevant at the moment, and merit of ideas was suggested for discussion.
