The hashOfClaimingScript is just the hash of the script that is allowed to claim the output, and before scriptSig is allowed to run, it is hashed and compared against the hashOfClaimingScript. The unsignedParameters block can hold as many signatures as necessary, eliminating the need for OP_CHECKMULTISIG, and the script can specify the signature conditions. The author invites feedback on their proposal.
