On February 8th, the third instance of a recurring meeting for Bitcoin developers will be held in channel ##ctv-bip-review on libera.chat IRC server. The topics proposed to be discussed include Bug Bounty Updates, Non-Interactive Lightning Channels, CTV's "Dramatic" Improvement of DLCs, PathCoin, OP_TXHASH, Emulating CTV for Liquid, and General Discussion. The meeting is expected to take approximately two hours. There have been no requests to add content to the agenda.
