In a 2015 email exchange, Mike Hearn discussed the "scorched earth" plan, which would have made unconfirmed payments useless. However, another participant in the conversation suggested that collateralized multisignature notaries could still be useful. They provided a link to NoRiskWallet, which is an extended version of the Greenaddress.it model. The code for NoRiskWallet can be found on GitHub.
