A formula with a decaying percentage, when used, takes about 100 years to reach 30MB and never goes beyond that. The limit of 32 is never passed, unless there's another hard fork. This schedule can enable block size to scale with tech growth asymptotically. The formula is P=17%, Pn = P*0.95, X = 1, Xn = X * (1+P).
