A question was raised by Chris Priest via bitcoin-dev regarding the prevention of insider attacks in a system. The concern was about how to differentiate between someone who stole money by compromising Server #4 and the person who set up Server #4 if there is such a situation. It was pointed out that most attacks are inside jobs these days. The response given was that the system is designed to work effectively in this case. Even if it is not clear whether the culprit was an insider or outsider, it is known that someone unauthorized or without integrity gained access to the key(s).
