Robert Spigler expressed his interest in the use of Bitcoin/LN by Storj/Sia instead of an alt. In response, Christopher Gilliard sent two additional BIPs associated with the BIP he previously sent to the bitcoin-dev mailing list. The first BIP is related to storage and can be found on GitHub while the second one is about notarization. Chris requested feedback or comments on these new BIPs.
