I do not support the BIP 148 UASF

Summary:

There is ongoing discussion about the activation of Segwit in Bitcoin, with some suggesting a User Activated Soft Fork (UASF) to force activation. However, Gregory Maxwell has expressed reservations about this approach, arguing that it risks causing disruption and does not meet the usual high standards of protocol development within the Bitcoin community. Instead, he advocates for a more patient approach, suggesting that Segwit is worth waiting for and that any activation should be done in the best way possible. He also notes that there are other ways to achieve the benefits of Segwit, such as removing the discount on signature data which would address the issue of UTXO bloat. Despite disagreements over the best approach, most agree that Segwit will bring significant improvements to Bitcoin, including the elimination of transaction malleability and script versioning.
