A person apologizes on the Bitcoin-development mailing list for posting a message after realizing that the debug.log already stated that the inputs were already spent. The sender of the email had difficulty getting anything to accept the transaction, but it was accepted into the blockchain 15 blocks ago. Pieter Wuille, another member of the list, responded to the original post saying that the first input appeared to have already been spent by a similar transaction. Mike Hearn suggested checking the debug.log to find out why the transaction was rejected. Additionally, an advertisement for a book called "Graph Databases" was shared in the email thread.
